However, the development of a proper healthcare system in the city began thanks to the efforts of Sister \u00c9lisabeth Bruy\u00e8re. Riverside Hospital operates exclusively for outpatient treatment from Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Riverside Hospital campus houses the Kidney Research Centre and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute.
